New Voters...13th GE

Some political parties were aggressively promoted the registration of new voters. For instance, UMNO, DAP and PAS work very hard to register new voters for the coming GE.

Getting a voter is a strategic movement that can contribute to many changes in the policy and political in Malaysia. Some still do not bother to register as a voter. Some are waiting anxiously for the GE to cast their first vote.

Thing to ponder: Do you still remember a report that 50,000 PRC tourists missing and undetected back in 2004-05?

World Cup: England vs. Germany

I love to watch this match with my sons. However, since it is too late for them, surely my wife will watch with me. My sons really enjoy playing football. I bought a new ball for them. Even they play PS2...FIFA 2009 and can master the game effectively.

World cup is not about scoring goals and ball possession. It requires good tactical strategy. It doesn't matter if you're playing very orthodox football but you've managed to get the result, won the match after 90 minutes. Just look back what happened to Spain when the Swiss conquered and marginalized them. I was quite frustrated when Swiss failed to qualify to the second round. But they've shown what strategy suited most to defeat Spain.....

I think England have the opportunity to beat Germany tonite.....of course with proper tactical approach.

Datukship revoked......

I can't understand.....a gentleman barking all out to express his frustration. His Datukship was revoked recently together with few others. Interestingly, he manages to attract a large crowd to listen to his talk and other members of his political doctrine.....and he keeps on accusing one of the political party.....for the memorable Datukship...

UUM...new VC...new direction

The new VC has been announced last week. Prof. Dr. Mustafa Ishak has been appointed for three years as UUM's VC. I know him quite well.....

Interestingly, the former VC has been appointed as a professor at one of the colleges in UUM as well. I'm not sure whether he's qualified for professor title or not....and I'm not in the position to comment on this...

Professor is a person who is academically recognised via number of research, publications, Ph.D students produced, consultation works, and community related services. He/she must profess in his/her area.

I look forward to accomplish my ambition...to become a professor by 50 years of age....specifically....in 13 years time....

who's the best?

It's still about football...World Cup 2010. Many issues raised by media...especially about Jabulani, a ball specifically designed by researchers of Loughborough University, UK. Some managers questioned about the vuvuzela...because...it's too noisy and creates disharmonious orchestra inside the stadium. Many teams have shown their ability in the 1st match. North Korea, Swiss, Japan, South Korea, New Zealand and many more have proven their perseverance to be in this World Cup...

World Cup 2010

It'll start tomorrow. Malaysian team not qualified but a referee from Malaysia manages to present our country in the 1st match kick-off. Just wondering, when Malaysia will be able to contest in the World Cup.....

I have my favorite teams for this World Cup, i.e. Brazil, Italy and Germany. But, in football a lot of uncertainties happen......

Perhaps underdog teams like Greece, Japan or Slovenia can make something unexpectedly.....

I look forward for the opening match tomorrow...
