A visit.....

After 16 years of graduation, I managed to meet my old friend in Jitra last night. She's just married for a second time though. A very successful woman, owned a hotel in KL and few other businesses as well. She came to meet me up with another friends too, lecturers in UNIMAP & POLITEKNIK PAUH.

40...it is just a number.....

February is always special to me. My son celebrates his 8 birthday on 14 February and I celebrate mine on 18 February. I feel really grateful to have the opportunity to celebrate both important dates with my lovely family. A simple dinner at a Secret Recipe is sufficient for me to celebrate this special day. I pray to Allah SWT that my family and I will be given the 'barakah' and easiness in everything we do.

A weekly review....

1. I received a thank you letter from the author of Istana Negara book.
2. A sad news about one of UUM alumni passed away on 3/2/2013 in an accident. He's worked at APMM Kelantan and his wife also worked there and their lovely daughter was born just less than 2 weeks ago.

3. Another sad news about my friend, an alumnus too. He has heart problems, both  kidneys failures, chronic depression etc.
4. GE is coming soon as so many people are very anxious to flag their political parties symbols and flags.
5. Ustaz Nasharuddin was expelled from PAS Majlis Syura due to some incongruousness with his party policies.
6. Manchester United is leading the BPL with 9 points advantage.

7. etc.

Gardening....

I still remember the moment I started my hobby, gardening about 7 years back. It was my friend's idea in order to release my phd's stress and pressure. It worked best since then and become some sort of therapy as well. I have planted bananas, pineapples, guavas and many more. Look forward to plant guava again soon as the tree was sacrificed for my kitchen renovation 2 years ago...
