A Dinner@Equatorial Hotel

1. In conjunction with the 75th TYT of Pulau Pinang, a special dinner was organised by State Government of Penang.
2. I have been invited too, maybe because I was one of the recipients of awards winners.
3. But, I found that not all were invited though.

List of Honours Recipients in Conjunction with 75th Birthday of Yang Dipertua Negeri Tun Abdul Rahman Abbas

1. I received an express mail few days ago.
2.  I have been awarded an exclusive medal from TYT of Penang, namely PKT. 
3. The award giving ceremony will be on Wednesday, 28/8/2013 at the Dewan Sri Pinang.
4.  In fact, a rehearsal was conducted on Sunday 25/8/2013 for all award recipients, i.e Datoship.
5. Of course, I feel so great to receive such award and looking forward for the moment.
6.  Wednesday, 28/8/2013 will be very special day for me indeed....
7. I feel a little bit disappointed though as my wive cannot attend my important day.
8. However, I think it's still okay though. 
9. I have attended my Phd. convocation alone too in 2010 as she's expected our third son that time.
10. This time...she needs to care of our little son and attend an important meeting too.
11. Luckily, my nephew will also receive the PKT award, so his wife will attend the ceremony.
12. I observed during the rehearsal today, so many relatives came to witness the important moment of their spouses and relatives.
13. However, they were not allowed to enter the hall but just watched the event from giant screen TV at the concourse area. I suppose, during the actual event, the concourse area will be very pack with audiences.
14. I will upload photos perhaps on the Wednesday night itself.

A Conference@Equatorial Bangi

1. My friend and I attended a conference at Equatorial Hotel Bangi from 22/8/2013-23/8/2013.
2. The conference was about our research in Knowledge Transfer Program Grant.
3. Actually, this was my 1st time stay at the hotel.
4. We also visited our former Dean of School of Management back in 2000-2002.
5. Professor Dr. Zakaria Ismail currently attached to the OUM.
   
   
   
   
   
    

PDRM......

1. Recently there were so many cases of heavy crime involving weapons reported.
2. Daily news reported cases of shooting taken place in many states.
3. Many casualties also reported.
4. But, yesterday PDRM busted a gangster 04 ring when 5 people were shot dead by PDRM in Penang.
5. As I expected, some politicians have taken advantage of this issue to smear the PDRM (government) reputation.
6. What a crap!

Weekly wrapped-up

Egypt

1. There were tensions in Egypt for the past few weeks.
2. The climax was yesterday.
3. So many people mostly the ousted President supporters were shot dead.
4. The news highlighted the incidents worldwide
5. I feel so sad as the majority of the victims were Muslims.
6. What happened in Egypt anyway?
7. So many theories were suggested by many authors.
8. I pray to Allah SWT that all the victims were placed among the pious people, insyaAllah.

BPL

1. The new season for Barclay's Premier League will start on Saturday.
2. I still support my favorite team, Manchester United.
3. But, I feel not so confident with the new manager though.
4. I hope the management can buy good players to strengthen the team. 

Aidilfitri 2013

1. It was an amazing Aidilfitri celebration.
2. We celebrated at my brother's house like last year.
3. My brother and his family initially wanted to come to my house first before went back to Penang.
4. The most important thing for me.....of course.to make sure my mother always happy...

IFTAR

ABM Sintok Iftar

1. I have an invitation for iftar program from ABM Sintok.
2. I took my family to the ABM Sintok for the Iftar.
3. My sons really enjoyed themselves as so many foods available.
4. This was my first time to take them for Iftar.
5. We also have our iftar at an Arabic restaurant too a day before.
6. The food...was superb but my sons didn't like it.

Iftar@Malacca

1. I went to Malacca on Friday.
2. An invitation for Iftar was hosted by Malacca Chapter and sponsored by the CEO of PKNM.
3. The alumni really very supportive to the Iftar.

IFTAR@UKM GOLF CLUB

1. My friends invited Alumni Centre for breaking fast at the Danau Golf  Club UKM
2. We spent valuable hours there.
3. Actually, this was my first visit to UKM too.
4. 

I stayed one night at this hotel, but the breakfast rather disappointing...

IFTAR@IMPIANA HOTEL KL

1. We also invited for another breaking the fast program organised by BSN HQ.
2. In fact, UUM's alumni in BSN consisted of 84 persons who hold various positions.
3. The foods....of course very delicious too.
