What's the next plan, BAM?

Olympics 2012 was viewed all over the world. So many exciting games such as football, fencing, badminton, archery, cycling etc. were available daily.
Malaysia lost the opportunity of winning the 1st gold medal as Lee Chong Wei defeated by China's top player, Lin Dan. I was expected the lost.

What worried me most is the plan for our national badminton players development. We don't have proper planning to develop youth players to become world class.....but...it's just my observation.....
