It's a common nowadays to hear the earthquake hit many countries everyweek.On Saturday, a gigantic earthquake hit Chile and many casualties and injuries. Even, we still remember Haiti earthquake that caused more than 250,000 deaths and the number is still growing....
But a very interesting fact about earthquake is, it shifted the axis of the earth. In fact, a NASA scientist discovered that the Chile earthquake has shortened the length of earth day by 1.26 milliseconds......(read more here...). Condolence to Chile and Haiti....
