UUM's 30th Anniversary

1. UUM will celebrate its 30th anniversary on 16 February 2014.
2. There are so many events and programs are planned to be organised.
3. However, when I saw the logo for the 30th anniversary, I felt so frustrated. 
4. I am not a designer not animator.
5. But, the design to me...seems to be very elementary, lack of creativity, immature, naive, etc
6. But, I cannot do much though.
7. It has been said that the "meeting" has decided and finalised the logo.
8. Who attended the meeting?
9.  The above pictures were designed by a supplier for Alumni Bulletin. I think the logos...much better than the approved one....

VC visits STML.....

1. UUM's Vice Chancellor visited STML yesterday
2. The Dean presented the achievements and updates of STML to him
3. The VC commented a few things in order to improve the STML position in international level.
4. More importantly, the VC also highlighted few things for Alumni Centre to take note and action.

A Vacation.....Pangkor Island May 2013

1. I took my family for a vacation in Pangkor Island.
2. This was my first visit to Pangkor. I've book a resort through online reservation.
3. So many interesting places to visit, ie Kota Belanda, 
4. My sons enjoyed themselves very much.
5. We spent time together on the beautiful beaches and swimming pool too.
6. Pangkor Island is well known for its fishery products.
7. We spent few hundreds ringgit for shopping.
8. We also have our dinner at a restaurant....and the price was very reasonable. Moreover, the food was superbly prepared.
9. On the way back, we stopped at my wife friend's house. She was so hospitable and prepared some dishes for my family too.
10. We stopped in Ipoh, at my wife friend's house too. She was so delighted with our visit. More importantly, her husband and children were very nice too.

Weekly wrapped-up!

1. I found some difficulties to update my blog recently.
2. It happened when I've changed the layout/design of my blog.
3. Luckily, I managed to rectify the problem...
4. Few important events unable to be updated due to this problem though.
5. A special 'solat hajat" was organised by COB to smooth the ACCSB application.

1. A KIK was successfully organised in UUM and all public universities participated. 
2. I attended the dinner which all the winners were given the prizes.

1. A student, who was suspended for 3-semester arrested due to some sedition statements made.
2. Suspects for Dato Sosilawati murder were sentenced to death.

SIPTIK 2013

1. School of Technology Management & Logistics organised a symposium especially for final year students to present and publish their final projects.
2. The Deputy Vice Chancellor (Academic and International) officiated the opening ceremony on 14/5/2013.
3. There were few speakers invited to deliver their speech.
4. Some really very good.
5. What frustrated me of course, some students did not take the opportunity to get more information and knowledge
6. The worst...some of the students seemed lack of respects.
7. I also managed to meet a speaker who was very closed to SAF.
