Say No to Chin Peng

Recently.....there are numerous articles in the news....it's about bringing back Chin Peng...the former PKM's Secretary General to Malaysia. There are political parties, NGO's, individuals, associations, etc whom are actively trying to push government. It has been told that he's in Bangkok. For me.....enough is enough....What has he done to our country? Many articles published about the PKM and Malaysia. My late father....who was one of the "home guard" member.....told me about the PKM story.....how he's suffered due to the cruelty of PKM. He even nearly got shot by the PKM comrades back in 1960's......
It's not about humanity issue here....it's about the illustration of bringing back and try to flourish back the communism ideology.....It's very dangerous for our country of course.
I am very confident Malaysia won't allow Chin Peng to return back.

Internet...the source of information

I always surf the Internet. Quite frequently.....but I have put myself a very strong restriction: Surf the net not more than 2 hours daily (for leisure purposes of course).
I also get some information what people are saying about Malaysia through Internet. I still remember when Tun Dr. Mahathir wants Malaysian to get more knowledge and information via Internet (They use 'open sky' term that time) many people objected and commented Tun Mahathir harshly. But, what happens now? Internet becomes more widely accepted information (various information...+ve and -ve...) channel...no matter which fraction he/she belongs to.....
I used to read newspapers, i.e. English, Malay and Chinese via Internet. The google translate for instance make me feel so comfortable to read Chinese newspaper......

Pak Man...the man....

I went to see Pak Man this evening....to do some treatment on my knees. My knee cap seems to dislocate from its position quite frequently lately. I think, since I am actively involve in futsal there were several occasions I needed to visit Pak Man. I knew him for more than 15 years. He was the one who treated my fractured knee back in 1996. The traditional treatment made me possible to involve again in sports. In fact, he's well known among UUM students and in Jitra-Kangar areas. He always introduces me as his nephew when I seek his treatment in front of other "patients". His traditional massage services are well known as many people seek his services...i.e. paralyse, broken leg, broken bones, dislocate shoulder, swollen ankle, etc..even some genie related treatments....
I've also taken my family for his treaments as well....
He'll be doing the "umrah" on Monday, 18/5/09 for two weeks. Hopefully, my knees will be in perfect condition otherwise I need to wait until next month for Pak Man's treatment.....
Anyone interested for his treament??

Knee injury

I am worried as my knee injury is worsened. It's swollen for few days, actually after the futsal match on 9/5/09.....I strongly believe that acute knee injuries can cause pain and swelling with difficulty bending the knee and weight-bearing. Pain while climbing stairs is a symptom of meniscus injury, where the cartilage is being pinched in the joint as it narrows with bending. And...so far, I've experienced all the symptoms.......
